PRESSURE WASHER TROUBLE SHOOTER
       Tech Tips and Troubleshooting for HOT WATER PRESSURE WASHERS
       Listed below is the problem you selected with causes, solutions and discussion

These instructions are intentionally basic.  We provide this information hoping they will assist you to get  your hot water machine going.  Servicing a hot water pressure washer can be very dangerous if you don't know what you are doing.  If you are not trained beyond these basic procedures seek professional help.  

BURNER SWITCH BROKEN OR TURNED OFF
Turn on burner switch or fix broken switch

 This might seem like an obvious fix but it is the best place to start.  

If the switch is turned on then check the connections.  Very often a connection will come loose due to corrosion or machine vibration.  If you have a multi-meter check for continuity across the switch.  If the switch is working, move on.

SOME OF THESE OPERATIONS CAN BE EXTREMELY DANGEROUS.  IF YOU DO NOT HAVE SUFFICIENT TRAINING IN THESE PROCEDURES, WE RECOMMEND YOU SEEK ASSISTANCE FROM
