DIRT IN UNLOADER

Disassemble and clean.

Replace any damaged parts

t can't be stressed enough how important a clean water supply is to the longevity of your pressure washer.  Good habits to keep couplers and filters clean pay off with lower costs and higher machine availability.

Seats and seals inside the unloader will be scored or worn if debris passes through.  As you run your machine damaged unloaders can allow water through the bypass, which is supposed to be going through the nozzle.  This means loss of pressure.

Look for broken components such as springs and valves.

Check here for more information on different types of unloaders and how they work.

If all else fails you may need a new unloader.  Check here for different styles and sizes to fit your machine,

SOME OF THESE OPERATIONS CAN BE EXTREMELY DANGEROUS.  IF YOU DO NOT HAVE SUFFICIENT TRAINING IN THESE PROCEDURES, WE RECOMMEND YOU SEEK ASSISTANCE FROM A
