These instructions are intentionally basic. We provide this information hoping they will assist you to get your hot water machine going. Servicing a hot water pressure washer can be very dangerous if you don't know what you are doing. If you are not trained beyond these basic procedures seek professional help.

Burner switch on but
pump switch off

Check that pump switch is turned on

Most hot water pressure washers have a pump switch as well as a burner switch. Both switches need to be on for the burner to work. This prevents the burner from firing if there is no water going through the burner.

Check all connections and make sure the switch works. Use a multimeter to check for continuity across the switch.
