There may be a
small amount of water leaking from the unloader, which indicates a problem
with the seals or seats inside.
Sometimes the seat and/or seal will
be scored or worn. This allows water through the bypass, while the
machine is under pressure. Check for broken components such as springs and valves. While
a minor unloader leak is not considered a serious problem, the
amount of leakage will increase over time, which will affect your
output pressure Check
here for more information on different types of unloaders and how they work.
If all else fails you may need a
new unloader. Check
here for different styles and sizes to fit your machine.
